You've likely heard to follow your passion and you'll never work a day in your life. Or, don't follow your passion because if it becomes work you'll grow to hate it. Or, find a job to pay the bills so you have money to do what really makes you happy. Pretty simple, right?
Regardless of the path taken, many men find themselves in a job or business that doesn't fulfill them. Here are some thoughts on how to find fulfillment in your work.
It's inevitable. When a group of men get together and they begin to feel a bit of ease around one another, they will pick on each other. Some guys relish in this, others can't stand it. Some of you likely feel like you're the guy always getting picked on and rarely doing the picking.

When I hit 230lbs, I knew I had to make a change. I'm no fitness model, but I've been able to maintain a healthy weight for well over a decade. Fads are fun, but if you want to make a long term difference, you've got to change your mindset about yourself, your relationship with food, and your lifestyle will follow.
