If you find yourself starting projects but constantly leaving them undone and moving to the next interesting thing, this episode is for you.

Writing a book is a daunting task. Creatives, such as myself, are often easily distracted and led by the whims of our passions. Our best work is done when we are excited about a project. But, much of the book writing process happens when our passion has diminished and our focus needs to be on finishing the work we began.
In our efforts to become more egalitarian, we've missed the opportunity to honor the differences between male and female and the kind of work we do.
While men and women should have the right to work in any field they want, there are nuances to the type of work we do that will either help men feel more like they are working in their masculine strengths and women to feel more at peace working in their feminine strengths.
In this mission to help men be the best they can be, there are two key missing components: humor and beauty. In this episode I unpack why this is likely the case and talk through why these are important.
